 No mês de Março, os colaboradores do Instituto de Pesquisas Jardim Botânico do Rio de Janeiro, foram capacitados no uso da suite de escritório LibreOffice, os alunos tiveram 24 horas de treinamento e conheceram recursos básicos e avançados do LibreOffice Writer, Calc e Impress. Os alunos também foram inseridos nos conceitos do Software Livre e conheceram todo o histórico da origem do LibreOffice.
Como já é tradição em treinamentos open source da Ambiente Livre, ao final do treinamento o Instrutor Marcio Vieira Junior, convidou os usuários brasileiro para prestar uma homenagem a comunidade LibreOffice, um cartaz agradecendo a TDF ( The Document Foundation ) e o Biólogo Brasileiro, André Luís de Gasper, responsável pela criação do Dicionário Temático de Botânica para o LibreOffice, foi escrito para a foto oficial do evento.
In Inglish In March, the employees of the Institute of Botanical Garden of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), were trained in the use of office suite LibreOffice, students had 24 hours of training and know basic and advanced features of LibreOffice Writer, Calc and Impress.
Students were also placed on the concepts of Free Software and knew the entire history of the origin of LibreOffice. As is customary in Ambiente Livre open source training, at the end the instructor Marcio Vieira Junior, invited Brazilian users to pay tribute to community LibreOffice, a poster thanking TDF (The Document Foundation) and the Brazilian biologist, Andrew Louis of Gasper, creator of the Thematic Dictionary of Botany for LibreOffice, was written for the official photo of the event.
